We Reserve: We reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions. Product and service prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are in US dollars. Pack, Sizes, and Weight are approximate.
ARTWORK: Quotes are established upon the receipt of vector art or any electronic arts including AI, EPS, CDR, GIF, JPEG, BMT, DOC and PDF. These vectors must come from the customer’s themselves so we would follow the designs. These formats may require changes as well as the layout and sizes. Logos may change position depending on the custom department’s decision.
CARE OF PRODUCTS: All our products are made of the highest quality standards. Our materials and workmanship is intricately grounded to meet our customer’s’ satisfaction. The care of the produced flags is solely the responsibility of the customer once the product has arrived at its doorsteps.
FREIGHT CHARGES AND TAXES: Freight charges and taxes will be quoted depending on the shipping location. Charges will be communicated to you once your order has been placed. Please allow us a maximum of 10-14 working days from the time of approval of proof for the production of your flags. Larger amounts and complicated designs may require a longer lead time. Rush production is also available.
RETURNS: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All refunds or must be authorized by Customer Service, at 303-623-0589 or by email at info@flagworldinc.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
A fee of 20% may be applied for merchandise returned for restocking. Shipping fees for returned items will be the sole responsibility of the customer. A copy of the receipt must be included with the returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@flagworldinc.com or call 303-623-0589
Shipping
All refunds and returns must be authorized in advance at info@flagworldinc.com or 303-623-0589. Once authorized, ship your product to: 1270 South Abilene St, Aurora, CO 80012, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
